Our Halsey Halter Pant Set is a two piece set that is so chic! The top features a cropped fit, with a sleeveless halter top neckline, and an open back with two mid back tie closures. The bottoms are a high waisted fit with a thick elastic band for a stretchy comfort around the waist. The top and bottoms have a thick knit stretchy fabric that is very soft to the touch.
