Our Portia Cut Out Midi Dress has a sheen lightweight fabric. This dress has a self tie cross halter closure. There is a keyhole in the middle of the bust and two side cut-outs. The dress also has a slit detail on the bottom an open back. The inside of the dress is lined. There is ruching detail on the bust.
